Green Farm Parts Returns Information and Policies
Green Farm Parts understands that sometimes mistakes are made and you may need to return some of your John Deere parts. We allow returns of some John Deere parts and accessories, but limitations and exclusions apply. If you wish to begin the returns process, please DOWNLOAD OUR RETURN FORM which must accompany your return.

Green Farm Parts Return Guidelines
- John Deere parts and products over 30 days old from the online date of purchase (not the ship date or received date) may not be returned for any reason
- Shipping for all returned John Deere parts will be paid for by the customer unless Green Farm Parts ships an item in error
- Items shipped back freight collect or COD will be refused
- We reserve the right to not allow any item to be returned unless it is defective
- All returned John Deere parts and accessories are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- All returned parts should be fully insured by the shipper. Damaged parts will not be accepted for return/refund.
John Deere Parts Exchanges
Customers wishing to exchange a part for another part must E-MAIL US or call us at (877) 620-6070 for a Return Authorization Number and provide us with the original order number, which parts they would like to exchange, and which parts they would like to receive. Do not begin the exchange process without an RMA number. All of the guidelines on the page will apply to John Deere parts exchanges. Exchanges do not qualify for free shipping.
The Following Items May Not Be Returned or Exchanged for Any Reason:
- Electrical Components
- Engines, Short Blocks, Cylinder Heads, Transmissions
- Any Liquid Product (i.e. Motor Oil, Grease, Paint, Cleaners)
- Manuals - Operator, Technical/Repair, Service, Parts, etc.
- Seal kits that have been opened
- Hardware (Including, but not limited to nuts, bolts, screws, caps, springs, washers, connectors, o-rings, pins, etc.)
- Any parts that have been installed on your equipment
