Green Farm Parts ships your John Deere parts exclusively with UPS. No matter where you are in the USA or Canada, UPS will bring your John Deere parts to you safely and quickly.

Why do we use UPS? With UPS, your John Deere parts are always insured for the full purchase price. We package your parts carefully and securely, and we know UPS will take good care of your goods. For orders valued over $100, Green Farm Parts pays extra for insurance so you can have peace of mind.

When you place an order at Green Farm Parts, we quickly fill your order and email you a UPS tracking number as soon as the package is processed and ready to be picked up. If your tracking number doesn't work, please try again at the end of the day. Although the UPS Worldship Software generates a tracking number, the number will not have tracking capabilities until the UPS driver picks up and scans your package. You can visit www.UPS.com to track your package once it has been picked up by the UPS driver.

Residential Deliveries:
Packages that UPS classifies as a residential address will be shipped SIGNATURE REQUIRED for packages valued at $1000.00 or more.  Receiver must be present to sign for the package in these cases.

Alternate Shipipng:
In some instances Green Farm Parts may utilize Federal Express (FedEx) or an over the road courier to deliver your parts due to the size of the package(s) or shipping location.  The UPS shipping charges on your invoice will still apply.

US Postal Service Shipping:
Green Farm Parts does not use the US Postal Service for shipping.  If a customer places an order and provides only their post office box address, the order will be cancelled and the payment will be refunded.  
Exception:  We are happy to ship packages to our military personnel serving overseas.  We will ship packages via the USPS to FPO and APO addresses as long as the package size is not prohibitive. 

Why Tracking Information May Not Be Available:
Sometimes tracking information will not be available for your package.  This may be due to the tracking database being updated from the carrier or due to the fact that your package(s) may be drop shipping to you directly from one of John Deere's parts warehouses.  99% of the parts we ship cannot be drop shipped per our agreement with John Deere.  If you received a notification email that your package has shipped, then your package is on the way and you should receive it in 2-6 business days.

Sales Tax
Green Farm Parts charges state sales tax for Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio.

Orders to Canada and Duty Fees Information:
Orders sent to Canada via UPS Standard may incur Duties Fees and/or Taxes.  These fees are charged by the courier, and not by Green Farm Parts.  We have no way of knowing what those fees will be when your package is shipped.  If a customer refuses a package because of the duties and/or fees, we will charge that customer a re-stocking fee of 50% and shipping charges will not be refundedNo exceptions!

Payment
All merchandise is payable is U.S. Funds through any of our convenient payment methods. We accept: Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express and Farm Plan when paying online or over the phone.
