Green Farm Parts Return Policy

  • No returns will be accepted unless the Green Farm Parts return form is filled out completely and included with the packaged parts being returned.
  • Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Any package shipped freight collect or COD will not be accepted.
  • All parts must be new and in original packaging with the John Deere bar code visible and in sellable condition. Items not meeting the above criteria will be assessed a 50% restock fee without exception. Why? Because without this, we cannot sell the part as new. Would you want to buy a part that is returned and not in the original packaging without the bar code? Of course not!
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the order receiving date per the courier tracking number.
  • Returns are typically processed in 2 - 5 business days from date of receipt.
  • Any order returned that is over 30 days old will be refused and shipped back at customer's expense or be assessed a 50% restock fee (our choice).
  • The return form must accompany the return or a 20% restock fee will be assessed without exception.
  • Once the return has been processed we will issue the appropriate credit to your method of payment.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable unless we ship a part that was not ordered (incorrect part).

The following items may not be returned for any reason:

  • Electrical Components
  • Manuals - Operator, Technical/Repair, Service, Parts, etc.
  • Hardware (Including, but not limited to nuts, bolts, screws, caps, springs, washers, connectors, o-rings, pins, etc)
  • Any parts or accessories that have been installed on equipment

John Deere Parts Exchanges

Green Farm Parts does not offer or process parts exchanges. Each order must be separate for accounting and tracking purposes. If you need a different part, please place a separate order.

Damages

All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of package(s) for claim to be filed. Absolutely no exceptions.


Credits

Credits for returns are typically processed within 2 -5 business days of the package being received at our store. Paypal credits/refunds generally appear on your Paypal account instantly once the refund has been processed. Refunds to credit/debit cards can take additional days, depending on your card company's policies. Refunds for purchases paid with wire transfer will be via store credit.
